INSTRUCTIONAL CLASSES Notice: Classes Cancelled -
View Dates DSU offers instructional classes at Austin Peay State University, Emmanuel Family Life Center, and Kleeman and Burt Cobb Community Centers in Clarksville, TN, and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Elementary School in Hopkinsville, KY.
From beginners to advanced levels, DSU will help you brush up on your dance skills and prepare you for the seasons of social events with elegance. See you soon in class! VIRTUAL DANCE STUDIO The purpose of DSU's online dance studio is to keep you up-to-date on routines covered during our instructional sessions. Our online dance studio is open 24/7 and will be updated periodically as new material is introduced in instructional sessions. But keep in mind that the virtual studio is no substitute for the on-ground, in-class experience.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH DSU believes in giving back to its community. Community projects are an important aspect of what DSU is all about. We are active sponsors of adult and youth programs at churches, community centers, organizations, and for local kids sports teams. Is your organization interested in partnering with DSU? DSU in April 2011 donated all proceeds from its Annual Game Night to the American Red Cross in support of their fire relief effort to aid military families. |
MEMBERSHIP Would you like to make a difference in our community? Are you ready to be part of a fit and healthy lifestyle? Do you enjoy dancing? Become a Distinguished Stepper and enjoy many membership benefits. No dance experience necessary.

"DSU has kept me moving on my feet and in my community. Stepping with DSU and meeting new friends have been a fulfilling experience as well as a fun way to stay healthy." Brenda Street "I joined DSU because of the 3 F's: Fitness, Fellowship, and Fun. I've always been a fanatic about Fitness. I love Fellowshipping with others in the community and having Fun. That is what DSU is all about, and so am I." Celestine McNeal "I became a member of DSU because I enjoy socializing with others. I love the workout that the routines give me. I know that it is good for the heart, health and soul. It's like having an extended Family with a great group of people."
